Islington Liberal Democrats is a group of volunteer party members and registered supporters. We are run by a local executive team elected by local members each year.

This team is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the local party and to work towards the adoption of Liberal Democrat policies and the election of Liberal Democrat candidates within:

• The London Borough of Islington
• Islington North parliamentary constituency
• Islington South and Finsbury parliamentary constituency

The team also supports the adoption of policies by, and election of Liberal Democrat candidates, to:

• The Mayor of London
• The Greater London Assembly

In doing so, the local executive team and a range of volunteers work to engage new and existing members, develop locally relevant policies, coordinate events, raise funds to support their efforts, and run local campaigns.
